My wordpress embedded form will not submit

    Hello, I have a registration form embedded on a page in my website. It is located here:http://setxhomeschoolexpo.com/?page_id=419

    It looks good and functions fine until the "submit" button is hit. Then it says "please wait" eternally. What can I do to get this form to submit? 

    When I use a hyperlink to the form on that same page, it functions fine.

    Please help.

    There is an issue with the used embedding method. You may try the following options instead:

    1) Use a standard embed code for a self-hosted Wordpress version, see the next guide.

    Adding Forms to Wordpress.org Version

    or

    2) Install a JotForm oEmbed Wordpress plugin.

    When the oEmbed widget is installed, this is possible to embed the forms by adding their URLs.
