Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that this is happening. Your account has been suspended due to the forms 241087349404053, 241126740732046, and 241085786498069 that offers Fake Service. This might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to comply with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.

Kindly provide us with the following information if you believe that your account was suspended by error:

• The URL where your form is used.
• Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.
• Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

Send these to reviewers@jotform.com with thread #14276731 as your subject, and we’ll let you know about the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of your proofs.
