Need to find document

I prepared a form to submit on yesterday, I saved a draft copy went back in and completed it then hit submit. I received back a thank you your form was submitted but it did not show u on the other end to who I submitted it to. How can I locate a coy to resend again?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. Can you confirm if the name of the form that you filled out and submitted is Standards Performance Submissions? If not, can you provide us with the Form URL so we can help you better? Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on the Quick Share tab on the left side of the page.
3. Click the Copy Link button on the Quick Share window.
