Format Text Step Won't Fire

I created an automation that uses the text format step and pulls the newly formatted text into a Google sheet. When I test the steps, it pulls in the proper information, but when the flow runs on its own, it seems to skip the steps and does not bring any information into my table for specific fields. Below is a screenshot of the flow. Any assistance would be appreciated.
