Using Venmo as payment option in a form

-if we add venmo as an option, is each order a submission ?

-if using venmo will it charge them a service fee ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Venmo is just one of the many payment gateways you can use for your forms. Every answered and submitted form by form fillers is considered as 1 submission. So, to answer your question, each order made using your form will be counted as one submission. Let me show you how to add Venmo into your form:

1. In Form Builder, click Add Form Element on the left and go to Payments tab.
2. Search for Venmo and add it into your form.
3. Since Venmo is under PayPal, you may need to integrate your PayPal account by clicking Connect.
4. Once done, hit Continue.
   

As for your question about service fee, you may need to contact Venmo about it. We can only provide you the gateway to connect any payment collection through the chosen entity you want to use (i.e., Venmo). Any additional fees can be answered by them.
