approval flow stopped working

the approval flow on this form as been working fine. We have submissions that should have gone to kaitlin.uribe that are not sending. I even restarted the submission process and they are still not sending properly.

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
