How do I restore old data?

    Hi

    I need to restore old data from my form back to 2016, is this possible?

    Can you kindly specify which data you mean? 

    In case you have manually deleted some of your forms, submissions or uploads, then, unfortunately, we cannot restore them. We do not keep any other copy of deleted information. But, we can try to restore the data which is lost for some reason.

    When checking your account, I can't see any form there. Can you please post a request being logged in to your other account, so we could check?
