Why is our form not working?

    I cannot get my form to work and people are trying to register! Help!! Louise

    I am going to check the latest form you have accessed which is "80126087584864"  I have tested by submitting the form and I was bale to access and submit the form as shown below.

    Would you kindly elaborate further on what is not working? Have you embedded the form on a website? If so would you kindly share the of the website so that we can resolve issue of form not working?
