    Hi,

I am doing a jotform where people are being assigned a task. I was wondering if there's option once somebody chooses an option it can blocked out. Basically, just limiting the number of people who can choose an option.

    Hi Kris_Reyes,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The closest existing field to what you're looking for is the Gift Registry widget. The Gift Registry widget will disable an option once it's been selected by the user. The next user will not be able to choose the same option. Here's how to add the Gift Registry widget to your form:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Form Elements Menu.
    2. Go to the Widgets tab, search and select Gift Registry.
    3. Once added to the form, click on the widgets' Wand icon.
    4. You can then set available items. Enclosed the value in a curly brackets {}. Other settings that you can change are Max Selection, Counter Label, Unlimited Label and None Available.
    5. Click on the Update Widget button once you're happy with the changes.
