Cheaper plan options.

Hi I am hoping you can help me here

I want to continue to use Jotforms as my go to for registration for my kinder/preschool photography business. But I have just had to upgrade to the $199 AUD a month! This is crazy expensive for what I need.
I use it for my families to pay a $25 registration fee which in turn gets turned into a coupon code for them to use on ordering the albums, usb's, montage, packages etc.. (see photo order form)

My question is, is there a cheaper version for what I need?

Or I may have to find a different software to use for this process.
