    I checked account creation and it is functional.  Try the following page, it is a direct link to our sign up page:

    https://www.jotform.com/signup

    If that still does not work let us know and we will have another look.

    Please be more specific so we can help you. Our sign up page works properly. Here's how it looked like from my perspective:

    Have you tried with a different browser, or perhaps a different machine? In case it's network-related, can you try opening the signup page while connected to a different network?
