How to see if a user has edited their submission?

We have a form that can be edited by the user if they need to make a change. How do we know if they have made an update to the original submission?

If you want to be notified when your users edit the submission you just have to enable Edit submission option: 

With that option On, you will receive Notifier after each edit.
