The information in the jotform is not transferring to my google sheets.

When I created my jot form, there was an option for me to have the information transfer directly onto google sheets. The google sheets is set up through jot form. When a person inputs their information onto the jot form, the information is not transferring to the google sheets. How can I fix that?

Please try removing the integration and setting it up again: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet, all data will be updated in the new spreadsheet.
