Hello, previously I had a conversation about this issue with the support team and tried to download from the data page without success, they could not help so I was told that this problem was going to be escalated to another support service, but I haven't had any answers yet.
It is important for us to be able to download all documents from the submissions at once.
Hope to be able to fix this soon for we have another batch of submissions coming soon.

I have been testing this and I can replicate the issue with your account only, I have tested the feature on my end and it works.
The other thread you're referring to is actually related to another functionality of JotForm, but I will pass this thread to our second level as well so this can be checked and resolved. Please note that we cannot provide an ETA about when this will be resolved, hopefully this will be soon.
