I'm having issues with the file feature. I keep on having issues all the time, and I thought I had fixed them all but, this is our newest issue.
Our customer uploaded 10 files (all 10 files get listed in the .pdf), but only 6 got sent to our drop box. However you can click on the missing files in the email, and download them manually. I also have the form hooked up to our FTP site. Only 5 of the files go uploaded there.

We recently have an issue with big files being uploaded to our Multiple File upload field, our developers are already aware of this and this should be fixed sooner.
Or, it is maybe a delay?
We apologize for this incoveniences but as an alternatice method, you can go to your form submissions page and download the file there or what you have said, download them from your email.
