Is there something I need to do in Mailchimp for the integration to work? I filled out a few of the forms and nothing haas been sent over to mailchimp yet.

Please make sure that the integrations really works or has integrated correctly. I suggest you to please reintegrate your form to Mailchimp and use another API Key. Or, perhaps it is a delay? This sometimes happens due to server loads.
Please get back to us if you are still not recieving your submissions to mailchimp at this time.

iTS BEEN SEVERAL DAYS SINCE I ADDED IT SO A DELAY WOULD NOT BE THE CASE. dOES THE INTEGRATION REQUIRE SOME SETTING UP IN BOTH MAILCHIMP AND JOTFORM? WHERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS?

We are sorry to hear that. Mind if you could re-generate another Mail Chimp API Key and re-integrate your form? This sometimes refreshes the broken integration. There's no other required settings except the API Key and mapping of the fields.

Have you tried re-integrating your form to mailchimp? If not, please do so and message us here if it doesn't help. You may also try clearing your browser's cache first before doing the re-integration.

Hi there, I been posting as guest...I am signed in right now. Ok, so yesterday I got the integration to work when I selected a "send anyways" for the integration and 4 emails were inported. When I went back to correct this using the optin feature, I did a test and its isn't working again.

Also I reached out to mailchim and they told me that they do not handle 3rd party plugins. You're my only hope. :)

Your Mailchimp integrated form looks good.
I have submit your form, and then received the Opt-in email from Mailchimp.
Then, I confirmed my subscription and received my confirmation email.
Mailchimp list may not accept email address that has been already added to the list. Please make sure that your test email is not added to the list, then you can proceed with your test.

I have also tested a clone of your form. I integrated the form tomy mailchimp account as shown in this video.
I then submitted three entries. This test entries should have been sent to your e-mail.
As you can see in the image bellow, those entries made it to my mailchimp list.
This shows me that the integration is working properly, as my colleague pointed out.
