Why the form is over quota?

Hi we need help we created a jot form and now people are getting this message: 

form over quota , this form has passed its allocated quota and cannot be used at the moment

try contacting the owner of this form

When checking the form you refer to, I can see that it belongs to GUEST account. That is why some restrictions are applied. Please register to JotForm FREE account to lift the limits.
