    Hi

When i check my inbox, certain entries are displayed as "submission' and others are seen as emails.

Please let me know why this difference is there. Is there something i need to fix in the form?

    Hi Primes_Platform,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry if you're having difficulties with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my result:

The issue in your Inbox is because your Header Settings are set to display the Applicant Email and the subheader is the Requestor Email. For example, in this submission, there's only a Requestor Email that's recorded, and there's no Applicant Email:

Since the Inbox doesn't have any "Applicant Email" to display in the header, the default will be the numbered submission. You can change this by accessing the Inbox Settings, let me show you how:

    1. On your Inbox page, go to Inbox Settings.

    2. In the Inbox Settings, go to Header Settings and choose your preferred field to be displayed on the Header and Subheader.

That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.
