Pricing plan and non-profit status on PC and Mobile App is not sync.

    Not able to change plan on pc after initiating on mobile. PC recognizes us as non profit mobile does not. Want upgrade to silver plan as a non-profit.

    Unfortunately, this feature is not open in our mobile application. Currently, non-profit discounts are only given on our website. Please click on the link to see discount prices.

    I would like to move to a silver plan on the desktop. But not able to as it refers me to the mobile app. How do I completely cancel the bronze program on the mobile and then initiate the silver on the desktop.?

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I believe you are prompted to this message due to your payment processor being Apple Pay. Subscriptions made via Apple Pay or on iOS devices needs to be canceled through your Apple Account. But, I can see here that your account is already scheduled for downgrade until the last day of your billing cycle. Once downgraded, you may then upgrade your account to Silver on the Desktop, I suggest using a different payment method aside Apple Pay for convenience.
