I am trying to download all uploads for a form but I keep getting uploads from another form

To clarify, you tried downloading your uploads but you're getting the uploads submissions from another form?

Can you give us the Form ID?

If you could also give us a screenshot on the issue so that we can easily check it out.

I'm trying to get the uploads submissions from this form :

But I'm getting the upload submissions to another form.
