    Hi,

I am a subuser (estheruemed) for another main account (silver) ghr.recruitment@uemnet.com. However, after 5 forms in our shared folder, I cannot create any more forms and a form limit message appears.

    Could you please help?

    Thanks.

I checked the account estheruemed and there currently only 2 active forms on that account, which means that you should be able to create a new form without any issue.

However, creating a form on the main account feature is currently not working properly. Even if the sub-user account select Shared with your folder to create a new form on the main account, the form will be created on the sub-user account.

I will report this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

For now, you can create a new form in your sub-account and then move the form to the main account. Please check the option 3 of this guide to see how to move the form to the main account.

    Hello,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Sub-users can not create new forms behalf of the parent account. But they can create forms for their account and transfer these forms to the parent account by dragging to the Shared Folder. If sub-user has already 5 forms, he/she may archive/delete a form temporarily to create a form and move it to the parent account. Afterwards, sub-user can unarchive the forms.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards,

    Cemal
