Google sheet integration is not working in my form

    Hi, 


    like I said in the title, Google sheet integration is not working in my form. Please see attached screenshots. Why is this?

    You have modified the label of the email address field in the form or the label in the spreadsheet file. Please note that we do not recommend doing this as this would sometimes break the integration. Once it is connected, you should keep it as it is. 

    I have manually sync the submissions, but it is blank. You will need to re-integrate the form with Google Spreadsheet to get a new sheet.

    Okey, thanks for the info! I did it, hope its working now.
