How can I void a signed document?

How can I void a signed document for both parties?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, once a Sign Document has been sent, it cannot be voided. However, you can cancel the document to obtain a signature, but this will not void the document, and they will still be able to see the documents. Let me show you how:

1. In Sign Builder, click on Send.

2. Hover the mouse over the sent document and click on Track in the corner.

3. Now, in the inbox, click on Cancel Document.

4. Enter the message if any, then click on Cancel Document.

Also, if a document has been completely signed, the option to cancel it will no longer be available.
