Account suspended and looking to login to make the necessary changes in my forms

    I will gladly make the changes however I am unable to login to do so.  I am a small business owner.  Having accounts randomly disabled is costing me a sale.  It would be helpful the the form itself be disabled instead of the account if there is a problem.  Or better yet, please inform me that the form has an issue before disabling so that I don't look like a fool to my potential clients.  Or how about sending the information at the time the form is created.  I am very frustrated, as this has happened two times now.  I can't afford to have this happen again.

    Please allow me to login so that I may correct the error.
