How to add hyperlink text in product list?

I'm creating a product selection form - how do I put hyperlinks in the description field?

As above - when clicking on the description field it selects the item or expands the image but the hyperlink is not active.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. Unfortunetly, it is not possible to hyperlink the text in the product list's product description. The only way to add hyperlinks on the form is by using the Paragraph Field. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on +Add Form Elements.
2. Add the Paragraph field on the form.

3. In the paragraph field, click on the hyperlink icon.
4. Add hyperlink and text to display and click on OK.
5. Click on the check mark to save it.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
