Hello! We are having trouble with the JotForm application. We’ve had about 10 people say they are seeing this screen as they try to submit the form. The form freezes on Please Wait and the form is not submitted. Please help us troubleshoot. Thank you.
I’ve attached a screenshot of one of the people having issues. I have not been able to duplicate the problem. What are the system requirements?

I am able to replicate the problem you mentioned. It seems 'Save and Continue' feature does not work correctly.
I am escalating this problem to our development team. We will let you know once the problem is resolved.
