Why is our Google Sheet integration not working?

Submissions are not going to my Google form.  I thought it may had something to do with my plan and I upgraded.  I still am not seeing the submissions.  Please help!

I disconnected and reconnected the form as suggested earlier, but that is not helping.

I have manually pushed submissions to your google spreadsheet, kindly confirm the Google Sheet has the latest data.

Also kindly confirm if you have recently made changes to your Google Sheet excel document.
