Drag and Drop Shows Choose File in Preview

Hello,

My form seems to be bugged, I have the drag and drop element in my form but when I preview or embed it into my site it says choose a file rather than allowing users to drag and drop their files from their device. The drag-and-drop feature on this form used to work but now I have run into this bug.

As you can see the drag and drop feature is gone.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Try to embed the form using its iframe code. Check the guide on this page on how to get your form's iframe code.

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish.
2. Select Embed.
3. Then choose iframe.
4. Click on the Copy Code button.

If embedding in iframe doesn't work, let us know the URL of the page where the form is embedded.
