New Submission Notification icon is Still Showing After Archive

    I have viewed and archived all the submissions for certain forms. However, even after refreshing the screen, the red notification number still shows up as if a new submission that has not been archived is in the form submissions. Why would that number still be there and how can I remove it so that I don't keep thinking there is a new submission?

    Hi UCAofNJ,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please check the submissions again? There might be 1 submission that you haven't clicked or viewed yet. You can identify unread submission as they're grayed out on the submission table. Please screencast below as an example:

    Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, can you try logging in to your account in a different browser to see if the issue is still reproducible? As this issue might also be related to your browsers cache. You can check out this guide on How to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser.

    Give it a try and if the issue still persists, we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Yes, I understand. But I was only able to upload 1 screenshot to you. The next screenshot of the submissions page shows nothing there. I cleared the Cache and logged out of Jotform. But, still there.

    Hi UCAofNJ,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I cleared your form cache to refresh the form and can see that the number indicator no longer appears. Please try logging out and logging back in. Or please try switching to a different browser.
