I would like the fields Table, Seat, & MEal to be auto populated without clicking the button "Check Attendee Seating Information."

    Hi UFTLJotform2000,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This is possible only if you prefill the Spread To A Form widget through condition. You can also select to run the widget in the background so that the user will just select the input from the dropdown list. Check my demo form here. Below are the steps on how to accomplish it.

    1. Enable the Autofill By Condition and Run in the background.

    • On the Form Builder page, click on widget, and then click on the wand icon.
    • On the Widget Settings, scroll down and then select "Yes" for both Autofill By Condition and Run in the background.Spreadsheet to Form widget how to autifll fields without clicking on the Autofill button Image 1 Screenshot 30

    2. In me demo form, I used the dropdown field where the user will select the choices that populates the widget. But in your case, you may use the Short Text field where the responder will enter the name and conditionally pass it to the widget. After adding any of these fields, here's how to add the condition.

    • On the Form Builder page, go to the Settings at the top navigation bar.
    • Open the Conditions tab on the left and select the Update/Calculate Field condition.
    • Add the condition that if the Short Text field or Dropdown field is filled out, it will copy its value to the widget.

    Here's a sample condition:
