Is it possible to send an email all at once to all form responders?

I AM WANTING TO SEND CONTRACTS TO GET SIGNED ON MAY 1ST. IS THERE A WAY TO SCHEDULE THESE ALL TO GO OUT AT THE SAME TIME?
