Need to activate my form

I am trying to activate the form, but it will NOT activate. HELP!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your form. I checked your form, and it is currently enabled, but the access settings have been set to private. You can make it public, allowing anybody with access to your form to complete it. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. Under Quick Share, click the Settings link at the top-right of the form’s direct URL.
3. Choose Public in Access Settings option. Once you're done, click the Close button. 

Now share the URL with your users for them to fill out and submit your form.
