The collaborators were not able to edit the Form Language

I want to add collaborators so my coworker can add a Spanish and a Vietnamese version of our form.

But when I create the 72 hour Collaborator link and view the form from that link, then visit the form Settings page, I see a progress wheel that never stops. This happens when I click on the Spanish Form Translation link. As soon as I click on either of the Form Languages and then click Edit, a round progress wheel display indefinitely.

Do the translators need to have a Jotform account to add translations?

    Hi David,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The collaborators don't need to have an account to edit the form. I've cloned your form to test and on my other account that was added as collaborator, I experienced the same. I've forwarded this to our Developer Team for further review. Once we have an update, we will let you know on this thread.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks. This is a feature I need to use to offer our local government forms to our Spanish and Vietnamese residents. The translators need to be able to “collaborate”, and add translations to the form fields and warning messages. Thanks for escalating this bug report/feature request.
