Geolocation widgets are not working

Hi... we've been using every Location Widget or GPS Location Widget y'all have available and I'm at a loss for understanding why none of them actually pin-point the exact location of the form user when submitting through a mobile phone or tablet.

We've tested & tested, ensuring that approval for location detection/tracking is enabled, we've ensured that the devices themselves have location tracking enabled at the highest detection setting, etc. etc.

From what we can tell, the form widget is being fed the default location of the device based on the nearest cell / mobile tower it's pinging off of, which doesn't work for us. We need the widget to tell us the exact location and cannot rely upon the honesty of the field worker to manual enter or adjust the location.

The widget location detection does work if we're submitting a form off of a desktop computer... but again, we need the accuracy on a mobile phone or tablet.

Any input, recommendations or advice is appreciated.

    Thank you Mike...

another quick note... I tried updating one of the gps / geo location widgets on my form with a new google maps api key and when I did, it locked up my form / webpage. When I select edit form from the MyForms page, I'm redirected to the form but then once I'm there, everything's locked, I can't do anything & have to close the web page down. Could y'all go in, delete the gps / geo location widgets on the following form & see if that unlocks the form for me.

Hi we apologize for the inconvenience. The problem has been fixed. The thing is chrome browsers updated it permission policy. It should be okay now. Please try and let us know of the problem persist.
