Hidden field continues to show

Hello,

I have used this feature on other forms without issue but on this form my hidden field continues to show.  I read another thread and so I cleared my cache deleted the field and replaced it but it still shows up.

It is the distance field in this form

Please remove that field from the condition. It should fix the issue.
