Is there a way to record donations received from outside Jotform?

Or only donations received through the jotform system?

    Hi Brandalyn,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform records submissions submitted via our form. If you would like to record donations received outside of Jotform, you can input the submission data manually in the submission Table. Let me show you how:

    1. In Submission Table, right click in one of the fields.
    2. Choose Insert column left.Add new values to the submission record Image 1 Screenshot 60 Screenshot 10
    3. Select Short Text.Add new values to the submission record Image 2 Screenshot 71 Screenshot 21
    4. Click on Next button.Add new values to the submission record Image 3 Screenshot 82 Screenshot 32
    5. Input the name and click on Create column.Add new values to the submission record Image 4 Screenshot 93 Screenshot 43
    6. You can input the data.Add new values to the submission record Image 5 Screenshot 104 Screenshot 54

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
