Not Proceeding for approval

Always having a problem with the approval flow in this. specially in the portion in my form name Incident Report. Even I multiple restart the approval flow.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening. I've checked your form's approval workflow and it looks like the submission is not proceeding because the submissions is missing the Smart Fuel Station Field data.

Your Approval Flow has 2 IF/Else conditions that check Incident Offense and one of it is "Minor Offense"

This IF/Else condition connects to a conditional branch that checks which SmartFuelStation option is selected and then proceeds with the approval.

However, the specific submission from didn't have the Smart Fuel Location filled because their business unit is TOILENA

The only way for the flow to proceed is if your user selected "SMARTFUELS" as the business unit and filled the Smart Fuels Stations field. Which is why the submission is getting automatically marked as complete, as it wouldn't go through the rest of the flow.
