Account Suspended

my forms are disabled and everytime i try to login it says that its disabled & suspended.  Can someone please help me.  Thank You

It looks like your account has been suspended because you were using text fields to collect credit card information. This is against our Terms of Use.

If you want to collect Payments through your form, then you should use a Payment Integration.

I can see that the faulty fields have been deleted and your account is reactivated.
