Option to book multiple appointment

Hello Support team.

I saw a 2023 response that automatic recurring appts was not possible back then.

Has this been fixed?

We have several people who would like to volunteer the same day(s) week after week. It would encourage them if they could book them all at one time.

This is particularly for the senior citizens who volunteer, it is an accessibility barrier to select 52 or more appointments to cover the entire year.

Hope we can get this feature to work!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the Appointment fields can only accommodate one date per submission. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know. 

As a workarounf, you can also try checking the What you can do as a workaround is to use the Inventory widget. Let me show you how to set it up:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widgets tab, type Inventory in the Search Bar and add it to your for

3. In the Widget Settings window, enter a Description of the item and then set an appropriate quantity in the Available Quantity section. That's it.

Can you provide an example of how to use the Inventory feature when the selection is a time slot that volunteers select?

Thanks for getting back to us. You can use the inventory widget and add the time slots you have on the widget. If you have multiple time slots, then you must add multiple inventory widgets. The time slot will be entered under Description, available quantity is for the slots available. Take a look at the example below:
