"Type a Question" showing on the email notification I received

    Hello, I'm confused as to when someone submit a form to me, in the email I can see most questions & Answers by why does it say multiple times "type a question" when a question was already on the original form?

    The issue can be fixed by manually updating the content of the email notification in your form.


    I would suggest that you update that and make sure that you also update the content of the email autoresponder then save the changes.
