Email Confirmation not sending upon form completion

Hi there,

In testing our forms, user submitted email address received confirmation of form completion (perfect!)

But now that they're live, they don't send email confirmations to the form-completer's email address right away. It's now been 5 min and I don't see them yet.

The forms affected are:

Waitlist RSVP

7:30P Core Tue, April 3 

7:00A Yoga Thu, April 5

11:00A Core Sat, April 7

Cancelling your RSVP

There have not been any submissions received for that form, therefore, no email notifications has been received.
