Business name instead of user name on email

    How do I change the "reply to" section of the email to my business name instead of my username?

    You will have to edit your email notification to change the Sender Name and Reply-To Email.

    If there's a Reply-To name automatically set when you reply to the submissions email, perhaps it is the name of your contact list? Please check and review that as well since JotForm does not send information on Reply-To name only email.
