We are getting the word "didn’t" on a submission coming through to MS Access as "didnâ€™t". The translation from your PDF is made using Foxit PDF to TXT converter.
Not sure how to solve this problem, as it could also relate to the type of phone the JotForm was filled out on. On my Android phone, I cannot make the right curly quote mark "’"...

What is the form in question? Also, we don't have any widget or app that forwards data to MS Access, how are you sending the data? Please note that the issue is must be related with the tool you are using, which does not read the apostrophes correctly.
