My account is suspended.. I am guessing its because my card didn't go thru for the monthly renewal.. I tried logging in so I could pay my bill and reactivate my forms.. It will not let me log into my account it says "suspended".. Please advise as to what I can do to pay my bill so I can keep using the forms. And how I can go about paying for service if I have zero access to my account, can't even login!Page URL:

You have been reported for sending spams. That is why you have been suspended, and your account was downgraded to the free plan. I can also see that your payment has been refunded. I will ask my colleague regarding this matter, as I cannot seem to find the record of this suspension. I'll keep you posted.

I don't use Jotform for any form of advertising - only sending forms to new employees for onboarding purposes.
We did have one employee recently complain about receiving these forms but they are required to get them set up in Payroll, so I don't know why they have complained and I have referred this matter to my client.
Are you able to tell me why my account has been suspended, Welvin??
