How to edit an existing recipient and add a new email?

    I discovered a glitch in a series of email addresses for recipients of a form.  I don't find any way to make changes to the individual addresses (WHAT I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!), and I can't even find a way to replace a specific address with another one without appending at the end of the list, WHERE I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT THE NAME TO APPEAR.

    Is this just how things are?  Do I have to start all over?

    I am not sure if I understand your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to edit an existing recipient already added in notification email alert. 

    Please note that it is not possible to edit an existing recipient email. You will have to delete the existing recipient email by clicking on the "x" and add the new recipient email at the end of the list. It is also not possible to add a new recipient anywhere in the middle and can only be added at the end of the list.

    To achieve your requirement, I would suggest you to please copy the email address in a notepad and add the new email address at desired location. You can then paste all the email address in the notification email alert. Please check the screenshot below:
