How to allow approvers to edit the submission?

Thanks for using Jotform. Yes, you can allow an approver to fill out form fields by allowing them to edit the submission. You need to add the Edit Link to the form. Let me show you how:

• In your Approval Flow, click on the Gear icon of the Approval Element.
• Click Edit on Approval Request Email.
• Click on Form Fields, then choose Edit Link.
• Lastly, click on Save.
