    Why did you suspend my account, and how can I activate it again?

I've checked your account and found that it was suspended because your Car Loan Application form and your Car Insurance Quotation form were flagged for offering fake service. We understand that this might not be the case with your forms; however, we had to act according to the general rule to comply with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately. Kindly provide us with the following information if you believe that your account was suspended by error:

    • The URL where your form is used.
    • Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.
    • Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send these to reviewers@jotform.com with thread #14334811 as your subject, and we’ll let you know about the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of your proofs.

    Good morning, I am aware that the app offers fake service, however, the reason for the creation of this app was just for fun, to just play a roleplay game with my step brother, that's I named it "Beam Vehicles" to represent the game BeamNG.drive, a car game, therefore my step brother is also aware of the fake service, he is the only one who knows about the app.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I received an update from the Review team that they've reactivated your account, and you can now be able to log in again to your account. To prevent this from being suspended again, can you please provide us some link or any documents that will serve as proof of service?
