Reinstate the 0 Quantity

    PS - I still think that, in trying to avoid an infinitesimally small chance of confusing people by removing the option for a zero quantity, Jotform has created a monster. Please consider reinstating the zero quantity option for Products.

    Hi Frank,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the default range quantity can no longer be set to 0 or reinstated this option with the product quantity. This was a recent change to avoid submitting the required products without being unselected. However, as long as the product is not selected, even if it displays the quantity to 1, it will not be included in the total unless its checkbox is checked.

    Thanks for your quick response Ericson
    I don’t seem to able to check or uncheck the check box either from the form builder or in Form Preview.
    Can you explain how the Product can be deselected by the user?
