Live Chat Keeps Disappearing

I would have liked to use the Live Chat but it only pops up intermittently and, because it’s probably late over there, is no longer available.

Since it is the weekend, the most effective approach is to respond to this thread or  or you can create a forum thread from the Contact Us page. So you can respond via email at any time.

The live chat option is never available and getting "support" on these threads isn't helpful either. I just had a response that said "I've cloned your form and its working" only for me to submit it again and find its not. So I reply again and around we go.

Thank you for getting back to us. We understand how frustrating this is for you. As mentioned by my colleague, we do have Live Chat Support and this depends on Support availability. The alternative option which is sending us a thread is for us, Supports, to follow through your issue. If the previous solution didn't work on your end, you may always get back to us so we can find another solution. Also, you may always go back to the thread in case any step was missing or confusing.
