Prepopulated fields not pulling old form data on our form

We have a sales quoting form for our reps out on the road.  Calls come into the office and we prepopulate the clients name, address, email etc first then save the form and add the link to their appointment on Google Calendar.  Each rep will then open the form (for each specific appointment) and complete the remainder of the form submitting it through to the office with the clients requirements.

The reps though are saying that the form on Mr A Jones' appointment is prepopulated with either a previous clients details or else it is a blank form.  Initially this worked when we were testing the form but after rolling it out these issues are occurring.  The 3 reps see on average 5 clients a day - is it the number of non-complete forms that is confusing the system?  Are we able to save the prepopulated form as different names (the copy & pasted links all have the same name on Google Calendar)  but they can still be submitted through once the rep has filled in the rest of the page?

Any ideas on how we can resolve this?

The issue might be caused due to 'Auto-fill' option that is enabled on your form.

Please try disabling this option and see if that works correctly. Please get back to us with the form URL that you are experiencing, if the issue still persists. It would be helpful for us if you can provide us any two test pre-populated URLs to investigate the issue further.

    Thanks!
